What if I miss a class?
No worries! We have additional makeup classes you can join in the weeks following your cohort.
What level of yoga is taught in the classes?

How many people will be in the class?
Our facility currently accommodates a maximum of 10 participants per class for indoor yoga classes. When you book a Yoga Retreat, you will only be in class with the people in your party (5 to 8 participants per Retreat).
What styles of yoga will be covered?
